		Freeway DMX/12 Freeway DMX/12 is a plug in attachment which fits any DMX desk to allow 12 channels to become radio controlled. All channels on the desk (including those taken up by Freeway DMX/12 Radio System) continue to output standard DMX512. Radio and DMX can be used on the same channel. By setting the dimmer at varying output levels the individual channel fader converts to a group fader. Freeway DMX/12 can be plugged anywhere into the DMX daisy chain. This unit has been designed to add to existing rigs where mains power is readily available but it is difficult or simply inconvenient to run DMX lines. It may also be used as a complete system in conjunction with a simple 12 way DMX desk, by way of the radio control option, thus saving the cost of cable and installation labour. 		Freedom 2000 DMX Dimmer The dimmer range covers from 60w to 2300w and can be mounted under the Freedom luminaries -on wall or wired bars-and on most other luminaries with the yoke mounting plate. Both dimmers incorporate the following benefits in addition to their specific features The flexibility of your control board can be extended by giving a group of luminaires the same DMX address and then balancing the individual luminaire output, using the Local Proportional Control switch to 'top set' the maximum light output. A soft start facility reduces power surge on start up and an inbuilt preheat facility (not optically visible) helps extend lamp life. The dimmers are provided with CEE22 power input and output plugs and a 5 pin XLR plug and socket for DMX 512 control. These units can therefore be used anywhere there is a power supply - even a domestic circuit. If DMX512 control is not available then local control is possible using the 16 step Local Proportional Control (each step is a 6 % difference) with the DMX address set to Zero.
