Unlike some other companies - our advice is not "margin" bias - We would rather you had the right equipment for the right job at a price to suit your budget. If you are happy with the equipment and our advice, we hope you will return for further equipment purchases or hire. To make one mistake loses us a customer - so we try and keep them by working as hard as we can.

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order we will inform you right away and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, or you fail to reply to our e-mail within 14 days we will treat the order as cancelled.
If you ask us to send your order to a third party address this will delay dispatch due to checks we must make. An invoice is posted to your address. Our invoice number needs to be quoted by phone or e-mail before we send the order to the third party address.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch of the products ordered unless we have notified you we do not accept, or you have cancelled, the order.
Orders upto 0- 5Kgs - £6.00- £7.50+VAT
Orders upto 5- 10Kgs - £8.50+VAT
Thereafter: 50p per Kilo in addition

International orders are sent via Business Post/FedEx or other Specialist Carrier (whichever the cheapest). You will be advised via e-mail what this cost will be prior to dispatch. A guide price will be displayed at the time of ordering however.
All equipment is shipped using Businesspost and consignments are fully insured against loss or damage. (except glass or Sugarglass products) You MUST notify us of any claim for damage within 3 days from time of delivery or 7 days for total loss (non delivery) of the parcel. Please state the Parcel or job number when making any claim.
Please note that when after the goods have left us they are in the hands of the carrier and we are not responsible for late deliveries.
All credit card numbers are encrypted when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site. There is an option however for people to forward credit card information seperately. Please tick the appropriate box at time of ordering. You may send your card details via phone or fax. Alternative payments methods are available if you do not wish to use your credit card. We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system.
Any communication between the shopper and the SSL payment page is also encrypted to the maximum strength supported by the shopper's browser using TLS or 128 Bit SSL. Shoppers are also protected from fraudulent use of their card in a "card not present" environment, by their card issuers. The card issuers provides the right for shopper to dispute a transaction if the goods/services did not arrive or if the card was used fraudulently.
Please note due to the law in France and Denmark - we are unable to accept payment by credit payments from these two Countries. Customers are asked to make alternative arrangements for payment.
We try not to be beaten on price - if you can find it cheaper elsewhere then please feel free to haggle !
You must report any loss, damage or shortages within 14 days of dispatch of your order.
Complaints: Any complaints received will be dealt with quickly and without fuss. Please send your complaint using any of the methods listed below. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within 48 hours. We will keep you informed throughout the process and aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days.

We NEVER disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item. We do not send out newsletters, special offer e-mails, customer surveys, anything in fact to clutter up your mailbox. Your details are kept on file for 12 months to allow us to support any warranty/Guarentee issues. All details are then deleted.
The Distance Selling Regulations 2000 state that once "unwanted" goods are received, you have 7 working days from the day after you receive the goods to cancel your order. Your right to cancel therefore starts from the moment the order is placed and ends 8 working days after you receive the goods. To cancel your order please e-mail us quoting your order reference number within this time period. Return the order to us including your delivery note so we can process your refund quickly. If you need a copy of the delivery note we can send you a replacement via e-mail.
Further to these conditions stated by law: where goods have already been dispatched to you, you can return goods unopened for any reason at any time within 28 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (please note, there will be a 15% restocking charge). You must contact us to obtain a return number prior to returning goods.
If your goods are faulty you must notify us right away and arrange for these items to be collected by us within 14 days. We will collect, repair or replace any faulty goods and return them to you free of charge. You must tell us when the goods are ready for collection so we can book our carrier. If our carrier is unable to collect from you or the goods are not ready for collection within a 14 day period we insist the customer returns these goods at their own cost.
Businesses need to obtain a returns number prior to returning goods. a 15% re-stocking charge is made for returns.
Any refunds are be made within 14 days of the return of your order.
Nothing contained in our terms of business affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
30 day account for official orders and account holders. We reserve the right to charge interest at 8% above base for all late payments.
