A cost-effective mixing amplifying solution for commercial premises where a choice of low impedance or 25/70/100V line output is required. The mono output provides a continuous output of 120watts, 1kHz continuous sine wave, with a frequency response of 20Hz to 20kHz at +/- 1kHz.
The front facing panel of the 2U rackmountable mixer amplifier hosts a rocking power switch with associated LED to the right side, an output section, and an input section. The input section of the amplifier has push on/off buttons for microphone channels 1 and 2, along with rotary input attenuation controllers. A two band, rotary controlled EQ allows adjustment of high and low frequencies, whilst mic priority and line 1 priority can be selected. A rotary controller allows the source selection of input 1/2/3/Aux, with the auxiliary input on 3.5mm TRS jack socket. A final rotary controller allows for level adjustment of the music channels. The output section of controllers has a rotary output level controller, high and low frequency EQ controllers and a 5-stage LED tree to illustrate the output audio level. A slotted panel allows for ventilation and forced air cooling within the amplifier carcass.
The rear facing panel hosts all input and output connectivity and switching, including input level attenuators via a small slotted dials, auxiliary output on 3-pin terminal connection, music mute on 2-pin terminal connector, and outputs via Phoenix style connectors. Mic-1 input is via 3-pin terminal input, Mic-2 input is via balanced 6.3mm TRS jack, music inputs are via unbalanced RCA connectors, and AC mains input is via IEC connection.
