Start with the power and control.
Changing the lights can also mean changing the system that supplies them. An older tungsten-lighting installation may need its dimmed circuits converted to switched power for LED equipment.

Installation and aftercare
Support beyond the installation.
Installation work is backed by a 12-month warranty, with ongoing technical help by phone and email. Electrical installation work is carried out to current BS7671 wiring requirements.
For an existing system, you can also ask about repairs, servicing, PAT testing and periodic electrical-installation testing.
